Kamut flour vermicelli "Mare Mare"

Prepare the Kamut flour spaghetti setting the press tool at 33% humidity.

For the seasoning select: shrimp, sconcigli or carusoli, squid and mussels, put everything in a pan, sauté with olive oil, red pepper and a clove of garlic (to be discarded after cooking).

Deglaze with white wine and wait for the opening of the seafood.

Mix all the ingredients and season with salt if necessary.

When cooked, sautee all together and stir in basil and extra virgin olive oil.
